it was fairly clean, the staff was incredibly nice, plus the service was helpful. enjoyed the place, especially my guest room. i had a comfortable bedroom. the location was marvellous and excellent - ease of access to a cathedral church. it was located in a local area just next door to the garden and church, a good base for me.

The hotel was good small and overlooked city. Loved good sized room, bed was comfortable. It had convenient and ideal location close enough to easy to find and the Grand Canal.

The breakfast was delicious and good with nice fresh bread, the best I had in Venice. The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with a bath tab, the staff was fantastic friendly. The location was excellent - really close to San Marco, Canale Grande and the water bus, San Zaccaria and other public attractions.
