Spotlessly clean hotel, loved to be right by the vaporetto, Restaurants and other public attractions and the main stops thanks to ideal and nice location. I was offered a room with magnificent views of city. The bed was comfortable & the stuff was competent.

The location was excellent - really close to San Marco, Canale Grande and the water bus, San Zaccaria and other public attractions.
